Called Andrew in the early afternoon and he had Ryan at our house to assemble our massage chair on the same day. Ryan was very efficient!

It was pleasant working with Andrew. He helped me try 5-6 chairs and I think I picked the best one. He even referred me to try other chairs elsewhere to make sure I pick the best one and he was confident about his prices being competitive with the market. I also second guessed my chair when I bought it a week later I tried a few more and realized I picked the best one for me. He accommodated my return immediately if I chose that route. I hope for tech support if something goes wrong with the chair as that is always something expected with technology like this.

Andrew literally spent hours with us on 2 separate days until we made our decision. And then Ryan was a true gentleman and expert delivery guy. He set it up exactly where I wanted it and it was ready to go. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This may look like a small, low-key store, but they carry many major massage chair brands. The owner is honest, sincere, warm, and extremely professional. The pricing is also excellent! From the initial consultation, contract signing, delivery, installation, all the way to the follow-up service, the entire experience was thoughtful and reassuring. They truly took away every concern we had during the process. I would happily recommend them to any friend looking for a massage chair. Businesses like this absolutely deserve our support!

Andrew was spot on for delivery time and having the installer there when promised. I usually do not do these right ups but Andrew and the company would get 10 stars if possible. The quality of chair and the personal service exceptional!!!

Andrew at Lazeny saved us. My wife's medical circumstances require her to have a Zero Gravity Massage Chair. Today, Sunday morning hers broke. Thankfully, Lazeny was open and Andrew took great care of us. His pricing was fair and his knowledge was excellent. We purchased a JP Medics Kawa - it's a great chair. Thank you Lazeny and Andrew, you saved the day.

The service and knowledge I received from Andrew and his staff were outstanding. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about what I was looking for and had me try several different chairs and programs that suited my needs. He also saved me a lot of time by narrowing down the options based on my preferences, helping me avoid purchasing the wrong chair. Andrew was very easygoing and never pressured me into making a purchase. In fact, he encouraged me to do some research so I could feel confident in my decision. This was a big investment for me, and I truly appreciated the patience, professionalism, and kindness I received—not only from Andrew but also from his delivery driver, Ryan. Ryan was clean-cut, courteous, and made me feel completely at ease when delivering the chair to my home. I highly recommend Andrew and his team. They’ll treat you with respect, guide you through the process, and ensure you find the right massage chair. Thank you again, Andrew, for your exceptional service and support. Five stars all the way!

I have spent several months testing many chairs. I ended buying the Luraco from Andrew because of his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. Not only that, he personally delivered the chair (more than 4hrs away) and set it up for me. Unparalleled customer service in this day and age. Although I was nervous about buying a chair I had never sat in, it ended up being exactly what I wanted. No regrets on the chair purchase and no regrets from buying from Andrew. Regards, Marty A.
